CHILDREN:
Under 5 years FREE of charge to include Bed and Breakfast (other meals as taken if sharing adult accommodation). 11 years and under, half price if sharing. 12-14 years 2/3 of adult price if sharing.
DEPOSITS:
A deposit of £50.00 per person is requested, Deposits are non refundable, 2/3 of the package will be charged in the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival. Insurance is available.

THURSDAY 23rd DECEMBER: WELCOME TO OUR EARLY GUESTS!!
7.30 pm: Candlelit Dinner in our Restaurant
followed by live music in the Lyte Bar with 'Southern Comfort'
FRIDAY 24th DECEMBER: CHRISTMAS EVE
3.00pm: Welcome afternoon tea in the lounge
7.00 pm: Sarah and Edward invite you to Bucks Fizz and Canapes
in the lounge with St Mary's Bell Ringers
7.30 pm: Candlelit dinner in the Restaurant followed by carols in the Terrace Bar
with the traditional Berry Head sing along carols and piano bar with Pam.
SATURDAY 25th DECEMBER: CHRISTMAS DAY
Time to discover what Father Christmas has brought you.
8.30 - 9.30 am: Breakfast served in the Restaurant..Why not celebrate with Champagne & Kedgeree!!
Afterwards, blow the cobwebs away with a brisk walk on Berry Head and take in the view.
12.30 pm: Traditional Christmas Lunch and maybe a visit from Father Christmas. 7 courses can be enjoyed!!
3.00 pm: Her Majesty's Christmas broadcast
4.00 pm: Afternoon tea in the lounge and perhaps a chance to curl up with a film or a board game if you are not feeling too energetic.
7.00pm: The Berry Head House Party:
Our festive Christmas buffet with hot and cold dishes together with local fish dishes. Then relax with a drink or perhaps a Mulled Wine, a game of Carpet Bowls or the annual Christmas Quiz
SUNDAY 26th DECEMBER:
8.30 - 9.30 am: Breakfast served in the Restaurant
10.00 am: Pit your wits against ours and join in the famous Boxing Day Treasure Hunt!!
12-12.30 am: The Boxing Day Carvery Luncheon with Pam at the Piano
3.00 pm: Afternoon tea in the lounge
7.30 pm: Candlelit Dinner, Dance & Cabaret
MONDAY 27th DECEMBER:
8.30 - 9.30 am: Breakfast served in the Restaurant
Plenty of time then to discover the picturesque fishing harbour and explore the surrounding area.
Why not order a packed lunch and visit Dartmoor? or relax in the hotel grounds...
7.30pm: Candlelit dinner in the Restaurant
9.15 pm: Edward to entertain you on the piano after dinner in the Lyte Bar.
TUESDAY 28th DECEMBER:
8.30 - 9.30 am: Breakfast in the Restaurant
7-9.30 pm: Candlelit Dinner in the Restaurant
9.30pm: Feature Film in the Library Lounge

8.30 -9.30am: Breakfast served in the Restaurant.Time then for a swim in the pool or to explore the countryside.
7.00pm: Grand New Year Party
Sail into 2011 with our Grand New Year Party. This year's fancy dress theme is Pirates (fancy dress is optional). Gala Buffet followed by live music and dancing with the live band 'FREEWAY' and 2 DJ'S playing our favourite music into the early hours with Champagne & Mince Pies at Midnight and of course AULD LANG SYNE
SATURDAY 1st JANUARY 2011: NEW YEARS DAY
9am: Traditional breakfast or maybe spoil yourself with champagne and kedgeree
12.00 - 2.00 pm: Carvery Lunch with live Jazz with 'Classic Jazz'
7.30pm: Candlelit dinner followed by New Year Quiz and entertainment in the Bar with Pam on the Piano
